In addition to the main shingle roof they did 3 cooper window pans, shingle roofing on a screen porch and shed and a flat, rubber roof over the kitchen. It was a big job! Willard was fantastic from start to finish. Parker Willard, the owner, was very available to discuss options and answer questions questions. James, the project manager, also worked closely and was very patient with all the concerns I had that everything was done correctly on this complex job. Sergio, the lead, was an artist with his carpentry and copper skills and his son, Alex, was helpful in noticing and correcting any issues. There was an issue about the structure of my porch and Nova delayed there work and even sent a carpenter as an objective expert (he was not to be part of the roof project) to help me understand what estimates and plan was the best one for me to choose. The work was done in one day and the crew did an excellent job cleaning up afterward. I won't ever need another roof but if I did, I would not hesitate to hire Nova.“
