We called Pinnacle and they got us an appointment within two days. Pleasant office staff to start. Pinnacle sent over a fantastic tech, Alex to resolve our issues. He was courteous, explained everything and spent a great amount of time resolving an ongoing issue that another company botched majorly. Charlie and his crew came by my house to work on installing a new boiler.They did an excellent job. They have done multiple jobs already for us. I highly recommend them. I will be calling them again in the future.

Great installation! Really happy with Charlie's work. Fantastic work all around.UPDATE: My system had a component fail about a year later, and Charlie swung by the next day and fixed it at no cost to me! Really happy with this level of service.
