Nova did a great job on my very old roof. I really appreciated how responsive Mark was in explaining venting and insulation and what needed to be done. There was an issue about the structure of my porch and Nova delayed there work and even sent a carpenter as an objective expert (he was not to be part of the roof project) to help me understand what estimates and plan was the best one for me to choose. The work was done in one day and the crew did an excellent job cleaning up afterward. I won't ever need another roof but if I did, I would not hesitate to hire Nova.

We could not be happier with the job Nova Restorations did! Mark came to inspect our leaking roof and thoroughly described the underlying cause of our problems; poor ventilation. This caused all the sheathing needing to be replaced (as I knew it would need to be). I had four contractors quote and Nova was the ONLY contractor who had a plan to address the ventilation issue from adding extra soffit vents to baffles to ridge vent. Mark listened to our concerns, was extremely patient with our questions and welcomed us being part of the process. The installation team was a well-oiled machine, it was really amazing to watch. If you are having your roof repaired, shop no further. Nova Roofing are the gold standard. From start to finish, we have been very impressed with the estimate all the way through to the final piece of scrap being hauled away. Our roof is a complicated Mansard and it looks fantastic. We are super satisfied and would recommend Nova to anyone!
