What an amazing asset this location has in Laurie!! Stellar customer service. Laurie answered every question and walked us through the process. Can't say enough good things about her. Great job!

I can't speak to the quality of the product at LL Flooring, but I can share that the showroom experience with Laurie was wonderful. She was knowledgeable, patient, personable, and eager to help. There is a good selection of various types of flooring and it isn't overwhelming.

Ms.Laurie was so amazing. She was very informative and patient. She took her time. We was there after the store was suppose to close and she didn't rush or anything. She allowed us the time to go through each flooring of interest and answered all questions. The home renovation process has been stressful but she took the load off. If anyone wants to get flooring or has questions. CALL/ GO SEE HER AT DEDHAM. SHE IS THE BEST EVER !!!! SHE GETS AN UNLIMITED AMOUNT OF STARS!!!!!
