I filed my taxes with this company in 2021. The IRS sent me a notice that my taxes were not filed. Now ai have to pay penalties and interest and they don’t respond to my calls, message.

I've tried to contact the office directly to speak to someone but you can't leave a voicemail and nobody answers. My husband and I went to get our taxes done and were beyond disappointed with not only the cleanliness of the office but the person that helped us. We were seated with Derek and right away we knew something was wrong. He couldn't get our names right, spelling, DOB or socials right. The honest truth was he was under the influence of a substance. To say the least he was a hot mess. I am beyond sad for this company that they allow this behavior's and trust someone to do some ones taxes. My husband and I got and walked out. I would not recommend this place.

My husband and I have been seeing Arash Bazl since 2018.He's absolutely amazing at what he does and not only does he have your best interest in mind he teaches you how to get the most out of your taxes. While he is beyond professional it honestly feels like hanging out with a friend for an hour. We catch up every year and who can say they actually look forward to getting their taxes done every year?
