ConvenientMD Urgent Care

I was running an errand in dedham on Saturday, late afternoon and had not been feeling well but the urgent care centers near my home closed early and I would not make it in time to get there. I noticed the ConvenientMD center as I was driving by so I decided to pop in and pray they were still open, and that there would not be a wait as I was feeling terrible and did not have the patience to wait. The place is huge, and SO clean and comfortable. The people were all so nice and much to my surprise- NO wait! I was seen almost immediately by a PA (who was kind and had a sense of humor!) and diagnosed, Prescribed medicine and sent on my way with instructions for follow up.... read full review

Despite a fractured hand being the cause, I’m thrilled to have found this guy lace! Prompt, courteous staff for I’m the receptionist to the X-ray tech to the doc. Sorry you are sick but you will be happy to have found this place!

The experience at ConvenientMD was fairly fast and very easy.Everyone I dealt with was pleasant and were able to "read people". When I lead off being relaxed and joking about being tramatized by being forced to watch "The Troll Movie" in the room saying I'd rather scratch the bug bites, they matched my mood perfectly and responded jokingly in kind.One final note to the staff....yes, Dumbo's ears are cute ?
