I mean to do this review a long time ago. My dog Pretzel had a luxating patella on one of his legs, after an around of serious research I chose this office for his surgery. The doctor, nurses, assistants, receptionists were all so wonderful and helpful here. I was very stressed out before the surgery, I still remembered I was in tears that morning when I dropped Pretzel off, knowing that he will be in good hands, but emotionally worried. The receptionist was very caring to not only my dog, but also me. This is just based off 1, 5 minute phone call. I haven’t even gone to my dogs appointment yet and I’m already so relieved to be bringing my 7 year old dog here to have a sarcoma removed. So often veterinarian offices lack the most basic customer service skills, compassion and sense of urgency they should have when interacting with pet owners. A majority of the time these assistants and receptionists come across as so bothered that they have to answer questions or book an appointment for you. The receptionist who just answered my call was so polite, professional and responsive. She instantly got the doctors liaison on the phone and I was welcomed with that same great... read full review
