My mother and I came into the Animal Rescue League of Boston (Dedham location) today looking to give a young kitten a forever home. Animal Rescue League is absolutely amazing their team of outstanding staff is not just animal lovers but also compassionate towards people and situations involving their beloved fur babies, the staff knows that many people think of their pets as family and they always go above and beyond.I started working with them 3 yrs ago and their TNR program/ rehoming when I found BB a stray cat with a TON of health issues and at 16 still had lots of life to live and love to give.Back story- BB had been on the streets for 10yrs (at least that is the rummors around the neighborhood say) until he came into my yard skittish and untrusting of people. I'd like to believe that this confidence was at least partially due to the love he received at the Dedham ARL before I adopted him. He's...read full review
