Mojammel was one of the best employees I’ve encountered in the mall he was very helpful and help me pick up my favorite color OtterBox even though I didn’t have a receipt or the original box with it this place is great. Must come and check it out.
***READ*** Long story short, brought my iPhone 12 Pro Max here to be fixed (the back glass was cracked). After many issues with the phone being further damaged while being fixed (front screen was now cracked, motherboard needed to be replaced). The Manager Samir was extremely helpful and cooperative with taking care of these issues and making the mistakes right. Excellent Customer Service and business management. They turned a really unfortunate situation into a positive one.
Wonderful people. I brought in a phone with severe, long-term water damage and even though they knew right off the bat the chances of fixing it were slim to none they worked on it for a week and tried everything they could. Unsuccessful, in the end, since the motherboard was damaged, but they didn't charge me for the work and were very clear in explaining what the problem was. Would definitely recommend to friends for smaller repairs.
