The tech was an angel and made clients feel at ease, being gentle with pets and giving great info. Doctors were also amazing, and clients have complete trust in the care they provide.
so in March, I had to put my dog bear down. He had cancer everywhere even in his brain and I just wanna give a shout out to Dr. Lavin. She’s very calming and peaceful and she even gave me a hug that meant a lot to me.💜 Also wanna give a shout out to Vicky she went above and beyond what a vet tech would do. She actually came to my house and Dropped off the paw, print for bear and the vile of his fur forever grateful that meant so much to me💜💜💜 And also want to give another shout out to the vet tech I had today Finn, She explained everything very well multiple times because I was very upset. We had to take our dog in to Anchor as our vet was closed for the holiday. The dog had suspected kennel cough. It was during a holiday week and we were thrilled they took us in at the last minute to be seen. Dr. Sylvia and the nurses bedside manner was absolutely excellent and so patient I was taken aback. They prescribed us medication and our pup is on the mend. I’m just grateful for the customer service at Anchor Animal Hospital and would definitely recommend them for future visits!
My Lil girl wasn't eating n was going under my bed a lot n in a couple days she was having trouble breathing from what I could see. I called since 7:00 am. No answer of course left messages 4 at least n never got a call back . I called Anchor n they answered right away!! I give them a 5 all the way. As for anyone else I give a zero!! I'd refer Anchor all day❤️👌
