Have now been twice for my son, teenager, and they did a great job. I went on recommendations from friends when I asked for a family friendly place to bring my son. They took their time and he got the MVP hot towel which he really liked. I did not know how to use the app for the online checkin so I waited, they were busy. I will try using the app next time.Service: Hairstyling
Very happy with the service and haircut.Not happy with the Sport Clips app and time estimation.I looked in advance. The app showed a 20 minute wait, so I registered. Before finalizing, the app updated and said there was a 6 minute wait. Knowing I had a 15 minute drive, I cancelled and decided to drive over. Half-way there, I had my son look at the app, it showed 0 minute wait time. Great! We walked it to find a 56 minute wait time!After our wait, the staff also confirmed many others are complaining about the app too. Please fix it.
