“Unacceptable for a person who checks in for an appointment and waits to be seen for an hour, to get a phone call asking if they're coming in. Second time this happened. Response? Oh, sorry. Is it so difficult keeping track of three patients in the waiting room? Beyond furious since it definitely affects the patient' s mobility issues and causes unnecessary pain. The medical staff there are fantastic. No complaints about Drs or nurses.“

“Dr. Mora is the first doctor I've ever had that took the time to really be interested in my health. No platitudes here, she listens and works with you for resolution. Best doc I've had in many many many years! Office staff is lovely and helpful.“

“Dr Susan Deluca is an absolute angel. I got COVID in January and I was so sick. After having to get monoclonal antibodies I got better for a while and now I'm struggling with long Covid symptoms. I was so frustrated and scared and disgruntled from poor care in the ER and from urgent care. Dr. Deluca just really took the time to listen to me and ordered blood work and just generally showed real care towards me, which is something I desperately needed at this point in my healthcare struggle. I have celiac so I struggle with chronic illness and I know just how bad the healthcare system can be, and every time I get a one in a million doctor who treats me like a human being I honestly want to cry because it's so rare and so impactful. Thank you Dr Deluca!-I do agree though, Rosa is kind of rude.“
