I just started going here recently because I received a gift card for Christmas. I never indulge, so I signed up for the monthly membership. So far, I love it!!! I have been going to Dulce who is an excellent therapist, who works on any problem areas. She showed me some great stretches for in between sessions. Looking forward to next month. Great customer service at the front desk as well!

Danielle is a true healer. She went above and beyond. My massage was one of the best I’ve had. Released all my tight muscles and I left feeling relaxed and refreshed! She’s the best!!

I have been a member here for about 3 years now. I've found a couple of awesome massage therapists at this location (which is my home location) but when someone leaves it is so hard to find someone new. I feel like I'm constantly bouncing around trying to find a good therapist and I've wasted a majority of my credits on sub par massages. At times I've travelled to further locations because there just wasn't anyone at this location that I liked. To be fair I am pretty picky and need deep pressure and even then the person really had to have the magic touch. It can be hard with turnover to maintain a relationship with the same therapist for a long time, so that's a huge downside to being a member. If you are not as picky as me that might not be as much of a factor for you. I don't know if a large corporate company like this is the best way to get massages for me. I worry that they pay is less in this environment and that seems to be reflected in the level of customer service. I've had therapists talk throughout the whole massage or leave the lights on, etc. I usually don't pay to much attention to it because the prices are low and I sadly expect a slightly lower level of service than I would seeing someone privately. I have a lot of credits banked up so I just started doing facials. I recently went in for my second facial and it was a poor experience that I feel compelled to review. The first facial went well and no products were pushed on me but the second esthetician really put me down in an effort to sell products. A few months ago I developed a skin care regimen and started really taking care of my skin. My skin is looking better than it ever has been and I wanted to start doing facials just to relax and hopefully further improve my skin. The esthetician started by asking me what products I used but basically cut me off before I even listed them all. She was in and out of the room the whole time which was strange because during my first appointment the esthetician was there the whole time. Towards the end of the appointment she recommended products that I was not interested in (because again, my skin is looking better than it ever has and I am happy with it--I did hot yoga 3 times that week and went for a 20 mile bike ride, so maybe not 100%, but looking good for ME). When I made it clear I didn't want to buy products she basically said that I really should because the products I use clearly aren't working. This just seemed rude and it was hurtful to me. I think it's important to find out what the customers goals are and how they feel about their skin before making recommendations. I also think it's unfair to suggest I'm using bad products after not even letting me list the products I'm currently using. I just wanted to relax and get a facial but ended up going home feeling insecure and bad about myself. I have not included names in my review because I don't want to get anyone in trouble. I'm just sick and tired of having less than ideal experiences with massage envy. Massage envy's prices are relatively low but It's not cheap to get a massage/facial every single month so if I'm paying all this money I want it to be a good experience. I plan on cancelling in the near future and seeking services in a less corporate environment where the employees have more pride in their work. I suggest others do the same. You get what you pay for and there is a real cost you take on when you get cheap massages and facials. Sometimes you win but most of the time you lose.
