I had Chet’s Lock Shop reset the locks at my house last week, and the service was absolutely fantastic. Chet was professional, prompt, and clearly knew what he was doing. Chet was so helpful, a lifesaver. We had a terrible experience with another local locksmith who incorrectly installed a keypad entry lock for us, so we decided to look for a new locksmith and we're so happy we found Chet! The receptionist was kind and friendly, and he showed up the next day and fixed the lock immediately. It now works like a charm. Very professional and knowledgeable.

I love this place cuz so knowledgeable about keys and locks. They advise you what's best and why. They've explained how certain keys to pad locks are made in China and don't copy well or at all.It's family owned and run, and they're smart and give great service.
