Maddie and all the other PTs are such positive and encouraging people. I looked forward to each session -- despite each being a workout! The person at the front desk was also great. Rescheduling appointments was always a breeze. I highly recommend this office for people needing PT.
Last year I fractured my shoulder so badly that I needed surgery and was not allowed to move it for 2 months. Once it came time to start gaining motion back I went to Bay State after my Mom's recommendation and I am so glad I did. (We both had Kelsey as our PT)
5 months out from my surgery and I have full range of motion and no pain. My surgeon is very happy with my progress, especially due to the rarity of my injury.
Kelsey and the whole team are amazing people and I can't recommend them enough. You are in good hands with great people at Bay State.
Started my PT about three weeks ago. So far so good. My PT specialist is Kelsey and she is very knowledgeable and seems to enjoy what she does. She is professional and very personable. I highly recommend her.
