We also had the oil gauge broke off our tank. Sav Mor was able to send someone out quickly to replace it. Our heating system was leaking and when they came to fix it, they found a blockage causing our system to run poorly and inefficiently. “I called Randy Paris for a service call thinking my thermostat was faulty, Randy was willing to drive one out to my house (20 miles away) for the second time,(under warranty) I told him maybe a service maintenance was what I needed, Randy agreed,saying he would have someone out in the morning (His competitor put me off for 8 days…even knowing my family was cold)….8:30am….John Shows up on time…Friendly, Knowledgeable, and quick, I needed was a light maintenance, clean some drains, serviced my on-demand water heater. “What a great bunch of guys. Polite, very professional and treated our house with care. An Issue arose with our furnace motor at 730pm... By 815pm Mike North junior showed up diagnosed quickly and had the parts readily available to fix the issue. Within an hour and a 1/2 of my initial call we were back up and operating. Price was very fair and tech was very knowledgeable. My highest of recommendations for this customer service oriented local family business that does it right across the board. “We had an issue with furnace’s condensate pump and called around 12pm. A very helpful man answered the phone and told me he would call me back shortly. Within 10 minutes, he called back and said a technician would be out to see us within 15 minutes. This is by far the best service we’ve encountered from any local business.
