We have been using this company for several years. I have never had a problem getting a hold of them. Someone usually comes out that day or the next depending on the issue. They just came and installed my faucet the day before thanksgiving after I had new countertops installed. They've also corrected other plumbers screw ups. Which is why I stopped heading towards Hamp and decided to give my business locally.

We had to call Ken and Chris for an emergency call. They showed up right away to help fix our well pump in the rain!! They were very knowledgeable and thorough. Always nice to support locally. I would recommend to anyone!
