I took my cats to West Concord Animal Clinic for their international travel health certificates. Dr. Cole and the staff were amazing, keeping me informed every step of the way. The staff went the extra mile and ensured I received the travel certificates on time. One of my cats has cardiac issues, and Dr. Cole provided excellent travel advice for him. Both of my cats traveled very well, and we had no trouble getting through customs with their paperwork.
Our pup Ellie was a patient of WCAC and they were so extremely helpful when moving Ellie (love of our lives) from Boston to London. Dr. Cole and Sonia especially were lovely, caring and extremely supportive during what was a very stressful time. Their support and dedication to Ellie's well-being was always their top priority. The attention they showed to every detail curated and executed in order to receive the International Health Certificate was unparalleled.
