275 Forest Ridge Rd, Concord“Highly recommend Phil at the Concord location! Two of our family members saw Phil after hip replacement surgery, rotator cuff issues, and meniscus tear surgery. Phil is knowledgeable, super pleasant to work with and always prepared. He started each session by assessing our progress and how the injury felt that day. He adjusted based on us as individuals, not by jumping straight into standard exercises. PT isn’t our favorite thing, but Phil always made the sessions enjoyable and challenging. Many of the exercises were done in a private room, which we appreciated greatly. The facility was great.
Of course we can’t say great things about JVPT without mentioning Vincent, Virtual Care Coordinator Manager extraordinaire! Vincent was amazing - quick to respond to emails and helpful with our frequent scheduling issues. He’s patient and super friendly. It was a great experience communicating with him. We’ve used several PT clinics around Boston. Without a doubt Phil and Vincent are the best!“

1830 Main St, Tewksbury“I have been working with Dan Pothier at the Tewksbury location of Bay State Physical Therapy for past 3-4 months following my rotator cuff repair. I have found the entire staff here to be dedicated and passionate. To start, Margaret at the front desk was able to craft a schedule that got me in sooner than any other offices I called. Once scheduled, I found Dan to be remarkably talented with his skillset, explaining precisely what he was about to do and why it helps or was necessary. I was very quickly put at ease trusting him with my rehab, as he truly listened and ensured I was being pushed, but not too quickly or too far. Overall, the office atmosphere is fun and inviting (not something I'd ever expect to type when describing physical therapy!). The jovial nature of the staff and the discussion amongst the patients and staff that broke out at times was enjoyable. They demonstrate a very strong camaraderie that is felt during every appointment here. I owe a great deal of my quick recovery to Dan and the Tewksbury team at Bay State Physical Therapy.“

564 Main St, Waltham“I have been seeing Dr. Caddoo for over a decade now for various injuries or flare-ups. His skill and knowledge are unmatched in the area. My entire family has seen him over the years, mostly for ART and Graston therapy. I’ve learned a lot from Dr. Caddoo over the years about how tightness in one area will cause strain and pain in another. He is very active in the world of sports therapy and incredibly knowledgeable about injuries and current treatment options. The treatment is often uncomfortable by nature, but it’s effective and Dr. Caddoo’s affable character helps to distract. He has a seemingly endless supply of athletes and patients coming his way, so he will treat you in just the amount of visits necessarily to get you fixed and on your way. You’ll be lucky to see him if you find yourself in pain or injured.“

31 Andrew Ave, Wayland“Amanda has been absolutely fantastic in helping me rehab from a brutally broken and dislocated ankle. Unlike some other PTs I have dealt with, Amanda does not use a playbook approach. She evaluated my condition, talked with me about my pain and work tolerances and my near term ambitions, and crafted an approach tailored to me. She adjusts that approach at each appointment, ensuring that I continue to make progress. She clearly knows her stuff, and regularly offers suggestions and gentle pushes that move my recovery forward. I’m currently biking and jogging way ahead of the timeline I thought I was dealing with, and expect to be running for real in short order. I wish there were more than five stars available.“

229 Billerica Rd, Chelmsford“Marci has been amazing to work with! I was having severe nerve pain with pregnancy and both my PCP and OB were not very hopeful that PT would offer much help, but suggested I try anyways. Marci pinpointed the issue quickly and within just a few sessions I already had so much relief and return to function. I was initially hoping to just keep the symptoms from getting worse as my pregnancy progressed, but I've been almost symptom free now since just a few weeks after starting PT. Everyone at the office has been very welcoming and easy to work with during every appointment. Thank you!“

I have also had elective surgery for rotator cuff, broken collar bones, fractured ankles, pulled muscles and left and right hip replacements along with lower back pain and whiplash from a recent car accident.. I have always been successfully treated by Lynne King, or a member of her Professional Staff at the Longfellow Holistic Health Center. If you are injured or suffering from an injury ( like I was ) then you should call Longfellow Holistic Health Center for and evaluation and treatment plan. The will get you healthy and enjoying life again.“

30 Great Rd Suite 105, Acton“Kristen did an incredible job of helping me understand what areas needed work and how best to improve it. No pushiness at all with respect to any aspect, I was able to talk about any concerns or thoughts I had on the program we put together. Was money well spent - I initially thought I can figure this stuff out on my own, but I realized the level of guidance and expertise even in just one session is worth it.“

49 Walnut Park #3, Wellesley“My son did PT with Christin and is doing OT with Raleigh - both are wonderful. All the staff I've interacted with are so friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The facility has a gym with a lot of fun equipment, so these sessions often feel like play instead of work. My son always has a good time and has great relationships with all his therapists. They're also pretty good about scheduling, offering makeups and trying to fit you in if anything changes. For example, when his PT had to go on leave, they were able to reschedule him right away with someone else at the Natick office. Also as far as the Wellesley location, it's right by the river with a footbridge that goes over the falls, so you can take a beautiful walk on a nice day while you're waiting for your kid!“

34 Washington St, Wellesley“Dave Balogh at Train Boston exemplifies the best of physical therapy. He is dedicated to the rehabilitation and enhancement of movement and overall quality of life. His approach to care is comprehensive and patient-centered, addressing my issues from ankle injuries to rotator cuff concerns with expertise. Dave's dedication to his patients is evident in the way he tailors manipulation techniques and exercises to each individual's needs, fostering not only physical healing but also confidence in the ability to move and live actively. His ability to improve mobility in my foot and ankle and address my tight calves and IT band demonstrates a deep understanding of the body's mechanics and the interconnectedness of its parts. With hands-on manipulation and a carefully selected exercise regimen, Dave has made significant progress in treating my long term and rather complex issues, reflecting his commitment to his patients' recovery. Dave's caring nature and pleasant demeanor contribute to a healing environment where I felt supported and motivated. His excellence in physical therapy goes beyond technical skill; it's his genuine concern for his patients' well-being that truly sets him apart as a superb therapist. In a world where healthcare can often feel impersonal, Dave stands out as a physical therapist who not only heals but also heartens, making each step of the recovery journey a positive experience. I would highly recommend Dave Balogh for anyone in need of physical therapy. His ability to connect with patients, understand their concerns, and work diligently towards recovery is truly commendable. Dave's dedication to his craft and his patients makes him a standout therapist who not only meets but exceeds expectations. His positive impact on my recovery journey is a testament to his skill and caring nature, making him an invaluable asset to the Train Boston team and to all those he assists.“
“Laura is incredibly knowledgable and thoughtful in her approach. My teenage son had a serious knee injury (patellar tendon rupture and broke his tibia) and, over the course of about 3 months, Laura was cautious yet worked him through a wide range of exercises primarily in the pool when he was not able to do much on land, and then in the weight room. She made it fun, and most importantly, he progressed safely and quickly in his recovery. During the pool PT portion of my son's recovery, Laura collaborated beautifully, and multiple times, with another physical therapist who saw my son as well as the surgeon and the surgeon's office team. Laura is a lovely person who took interest in my son as an individual and also took interest in and cared about our family (as these types of injuries affect the whole family!). Thank you so much, Laura, you've been terrific with us!“

“Jeff worked with me pre and post rotator cuff surgery. My muscles around my shoulder were prepared for the procedure that helped speed my recovery. My post surgery recovery rehab went faster than planned. Jeff was skilled and knowledgeable about the entire anatomy of the shoulder and the impact to the rest of my body. He also goes by CSPT - Center for Sports PT & Training and is well respected in the medical community.“
