Dr. Chia is a gem. Wonderful optometrist who is knowledgeable, engaging and friendly. If all of my doctors had a fraction of the bedside manner of Dr. Chia, I'd be in seventh heaven!

Our family of four has been going there for years and we've always had a great experience. Recently our 10 year old son told us he was having trouble seeing the board in class. We were able to get in for an exam quickly and his new glasses arrived within a few days. He's much happier now and the service we've received afterwards (broke them 48 hours in) has been nothing short of exceptional.

Recently I had some issues in my eyes. Dr. Chia was extremely nice and accommodative. She clearly communicated the urgency to get it checked out quickly. She was very thorough with her examination and made me feel comfortable and confident that I am in good hands. Over all the Concord office staffers were very nice and extremely helpful. I would strongly suggest Niro Eye care Concord to anyone.
