Jonathan Glass has been keeping me "tuned up" by acupuncture for many many years. But I can also ask him about allergies, nutrition, emotions and lots of other things that help me. He knows everything. BTW, I eat sugar and drink wine. He doesn't do those things but he doesn't make me feel inferior or ignorant about it. (I think he secretly commiserates and wishes I'd treat myself better..)
