We had problems with are heating system. Noise and overheating in some zones. Thought the worst. Michael came to service the system and diagnosed it quickly as air in the water pipes and no pressure. He fixed the issue quickly and stayed extra time to check every zone to make sure all was good. Once again, very happy to have Concord Oil, and Michael, do the work. We've used them for oil refilling and service for over 10 years and are very very happy.
Not a huge fan of Yelp, since some solid companies can get a bad wrap due to people only posting a review if they have a bad experience. I don't write many reviews... but my good experience with Concord Oil contrasts pretty starkly with their other Yelp reviews. With that, I figured I'd share my experience that fits in the category of old school, 'we're invested in our customers' service. I've been a residential Concord Oil customer for as long as I can remember... probably 20+ years now. They're always friendly, responsive, and reliable. A recent experience: I was having problems with my heating system. The Concord Oil team, from the central office reception and scheduler to the hands-on, on-site specialists (who were clearly very experienced), was determined to get the challenging problem solved. This was not an easy challenge... and took at least 4 visits to diagnose and 'fix' over the course of a couple weeks. I truly felt like everyone on the Concord Oil team was patient, diligent, and 'invested' through the entire process. It's also worth noting that I never received a bill from Concord Oil for this 'service', even though this 'issue' was clearly caused during the original home build / wiring process almost 20 years ago. Bottom line: I am a good customer to them and they, in turn, have been very good to me. Hope that helps.
