You get a friendly reminder confirming your appointment and they are very accommodating if you are in pain to try and schedule you in. Second, the environment is very clean and good temperature. Lastly, oh wow do they know their massage technique! So intuitive and great finding the root cause of your tightness. Stretching is incorporated throughout which is holistic and healthy.
