Took my dog Hank here for a grooming for the first time. Amy, his groomer, was very welcoming - I could tell right away that Hank was in great hands. Hank seemed to like it there, I could tell that Amy lined him, and he looked great so we'll see how the next few go! They use all very high quality soaps and shampoos. They seem to care very much about the dogs here. Prices are reasonable ($47 for wash, nails, teeth, blow dry on a 88 lb. Greater Swiss Mountain dog mix (short and easy fur)). Took 1 hour 20 mins. While it wasn't "difficult" to make an appointment, they do book out several weeks out, don't answer their phone (call-backs only it seems), and have very limited supporting technology (website, reviews, etc.). If you can work around that I think you and your dog will like it here - my dog and I are very particular! Amy treated us very well.
