My wife & I have only been Bestick customers for a few months and I can already tell one of the best decisions we've made as new homeowners is calling these guys. I don't know very much about pools, but these folks have been patient, fair, and prompt. Steve came up with an inexpensive solution to get our clamp and gasket working when I really could have been taken for a ride based on what I don't know about pools. Bestick clearly gets that the best way to do business is to do right by folks, so far I'm really impressed. I like that they're proactive about pool care without being pests, too. That's not an easy balance to strike, and they really have it down pat.
