“I have received care here for a few years. I enjoy the comfort of being in a warm environment of staff and doctors. My doctors from Worcester now come out to Clinton Hospital and I always now try to schedule all my orthopedic appointments here if scheduling allows. I can see my parked car from my room i am in waiting for the doctor comes in! Just amazing! Easy to get in and out of this awesome UMASS hospital. I highly recommend folks see your doctors that you have to see them in the orthopedics clinic here!“

“Whoever goes to this facility consider themselves VERY lucky!! This is the BEST facility. Only problem I saw was the staff, they cant handle the pressure and are rude most of the times but that's ok!! Rajitha Csudae MD is the BEST Dr. I moved to California and realizing how great things, left behind :( cause the one i go to Coneja medical Westlake, CA SUCKS big time!! Miss you Dr. Rajitha Csudae MD. Wish i can still see her :(“

“I have NP JESSICA ERICKSON she is very sweet she knows what’s she’s doing and is very attentive when it comes to calling and still having an issue . Jessica was under my pc but she retired so I’ve been sticking with Jessica and she is great . I’m writing this review because I came in for a lump in my right chest . Though Jess is sure it MAY not be cancerous she still wants a mammogram and ultrasound to be sure. The fact that she didn’t just brush it off and she’s double checking assured me she’s a good np. I’m 36 and have melanoma and breast cancer in the family . What I didn’t like is that when she had ordered the mammogram and ultrasound, the radiology team never called me.
They said they did and the date but I 100% didn’t have a voicemail . Not only that when I mentioned it the girl paused for 30 sec like I annoyed her? Instead should could have said hmm strange I’m sorry. She rushed and gave me a date and time . At that point I didn’t care I just wanted an appointment to find out what’s going on .“

“I get blood drawn frequently and the phlebotomists are so nice. I'm so afraid of needles and they're as accommodating as they can be“

Dr. Karissa Burd is amazing! I haven’t had a physical is a VERY long time and not once did she make me feel guilty. In fact, she is so through, efficient, extremely easy to talk to, and overall is one of the kindest practitioners I have met! I’m so lucky she is my PCP, she is a gem! Also, the phlebotomist is phenomenal, incredible at what she does:)“
