Any questions were answered almost immediately, including at 2 am, when I was grieving and accidentally called. The flowers were arranged exactly as they should've been, the photo displays told my brother's story better than words, each area of the home was themed: Carl's athleticism, family, friends. I was out of my mind with sadness, but the ceremony helped me say goodbye. Many commented on how beautiful the service was. One called the memorial the best he'd ever attended. “No matter your religion or beliefs, Nordgren is the BEST choice hands down!!?Erica is an AMAZING woman that has kept the business in the family and handles everything with the care and compassion you'd expect from a friend.? ?Normally funeral homes creep me out but Nordgren felt like home, EVERY room is beautifully decorated, VERY clean, and cozy enough to relax in. They nailed every detail, even a children's play area any child would envy (including a beautiful child sized antique rocking chair that was passed down from her grandmother!!) The entire family was an absolute blessing at a difficult time, Ericas husband is actually the supervisor of the cemetery we used, with the help of their lovable pup, did an amazing job all around. Larry formally introduced himself to me as a professional and as a friend the day of my Father’s wake. Walter, Jessica, Melissa (forgive me if I’m wrong), The Mack’s, the tall young man (I forget whose son), anyone I’m forgetting, you were all a great help. The only errors that occurred were a few typos in the obituary and even then, they were all fixed in a matter of a phone call that lasted a minutes.
