It was my first time, i was a little nervous only because, The last place i went to messed up my oil pan and i needed to replace it. But it was a great experience overall. The manager was great! He even showed me my filters that I had paid another place to replace and they just charged me and never changed the filters out. They were kind and knowledgeable. They seemed to know how to do thier jobs as a team, they let you know anything if wrong with your car, they do safety checks as well. I will definitely come back and bring my family. The manager Zach was so helpful, nice, funny, and easygoing. The whole staff was friendly and welcoming and very very professional! I really appreciate the awesome service and information about my vehicle they provided for me! I’ll choose the Chicopee location every time!

Only place I get my oil changes. Quick services and incredible employees! Always very nice and helpful! This is now my 8th visit at this location. I recommend valvoline on memorial drive in chicopee to everyone I can.
