I had an emergency call and Richard was nice enough to come over within 20 mins. He quickly assessed the cause of my electrical problem and fixed it on the spot (a poorly wired outlet which began to burn). He was very polite, professional, and his prices are very reasonable. He talked to me about what I'd like to have done, giving me some options, so I felt like I had control over how much work I wanted done and how much I was spending. I'd be glad to do business with him again for anything I'd need done. He seems like a really good guy.
