“I learnt from Berkshire Driving School how to drive in real situations. The driving test became easy to pass, and I am confident to drive on the roads after getting driving license. However, someone could be unhappy with the phone/email slow response from this school.“

“to the girl that wrote about the driving hour that got cut short about a week ago I would like to say that I was the student in the back of the car and the one that drove you home I would like to say that everything you said was false information you almost killed us going into oncoming traffic with trucks coming at us at 45 miles per hour and you wouldn't move and when you were on the cirb you decided to turn after the fact we were already on the cirb and you wouldn't turn the car she took you out of the seat for all of our safety. All of my driving hours with her have been wonderful. thank you“

“(7 yrs ago) I’ve tried 3 different schools in Springfield and Westfield. This one had the best instructor for someone who knew almost nothing about driving. They are great with adult learners too.(Now) Sending my brother and niece there. Hopefully they have a good experience as well! I’ll come back and review“

“It took me far too long to write this review and I feel bad about that! I started lessons in December of last year and passed my road exam just a few weeks ago. My lessons were scattered because I wanted to stick with the same instructors and I’m so glad I did. I have had anxiety about driving for over 10 years, due to a bad experience behind the wheel (not an accident). I didn’t think I would ever drive again but the time had come where it was a necessity and I couldn’t avoid it anymore, especially living here. My instructors, Joe B & Jack, were so incredibly kind, patient, understanding and supportive. They gave me confidence I didn’t know I had or could ever have. Even when I stumbled because of another instructor, a different Joe, who set me back many paces mentally and hurt my confidence; they got me back up to where I needed to be. They could see my progress and how hard I was trying and I am SO incredibly grateful for their support. I seriously could not have done this without Joe B & Jack. I don’t know if they’ll ever see this, but THANK YOU. I cannot recommend Falls and those particular instructors enough. I also have to mention the office staff was incredibly kind as well, especially when I asked to not be assigned lessons with the other Joe again. That type of care and consideration did not go unnoticed or without appreciation. Thank you, Falls, for helping me overcome my driving anxiety, helping me to a newfound freedom and for giving me the confidence that I could finally be a licensed driver at nearly 40 years old.“
