I've been bringing my computers here for years, my family and friends all know who to call when it comes to computer repair, Complete IT Solution has never failed us. The biggest concern I had with previous companies is trust, Complete IT Solution has a wonderful building, you walk in, everything is professional, they have a great team there happy to help you out. Corey the owner is a pleasure to talk to, and so are his employees. Their rates are great, and have not changed so far! I know they also do work for the big businesses in the area, these guys are extremely experienced. They always call me when the repair has been finished, to let me know exactly what the problem was and how to prevent it. I also remember this one time I came in with my old pc, and asked them to fix it, the tech said, "sure I can fix it now but you will be back here in a month asking for another repair" I was impressed! instead of fixing something that is not worth fixing, I walked out of there with some recommendations on a new one, and they didn't even charge me for it. Now that's why I can trust these guys! I came back the next day with a new pc that they recommended me, they were able to move all my files from my old one to the new, and so far this new one is much faster and am very happy!
