He knows SO MUCH and validated all my pains and is motivated to get to the bottom of what was ailing me. Attentive, curious, and knowledgeable. Lived up to the expectation and then some. I went in with random issues from years of being an athlete and he found the root cause of my issues during his screening and made a plan to help me get better. Stop reading this and book your appointment. You will leave feeling better physically and mentally!!!“

Sean went over my whole history, discussed everything with me, answered all my questions, and most importantly created a custom plan for my case. Sarah at the front desk is always helpful and friendly. I takes me 45 minutes to get here but it is totally worth it!“

Cambridge/Somerville Family Chiropractors got me in immediately! I was in severe pain when I first came in; my lower back was unbearable. I just finished my third session with Dr. Carri Goldstein — and my back feels so much better. There are no words to truly express my gratitude.
Dr. Goldstein listens to her patients needs. She is kind and gentle, but doesn’t shy away from adjusting what needs to be adjusted.
Do not go anywhere else. Their staff is wonderful!“

“Dr. Cao takes care of our family for the last 15 years and treated many conditions. We owe her a big time for our health.“
“Wow! Pain free - first time in about three years. I hurt my back at work. Went to two rounds of PT at Spaulding, but it never worked. I felt like I was destined to live the pain. I also tried acupuncture and massage - nothing worked. At some point I realized I had to give PT another shot. I went here based upon yelp reviews. Debbie is amazing. She said "I know what's wrong with you" and mentioned a muscle I had never heard of. I was pain free a few hours after my first visit. Pain free. If you are looking for PT that works - I highly recommend Cambridge PT & Sports Medicine.“

27 Wolcott St, Everett“I have been receiving Chiropractic care from Doctor Haberstroh for twenty years. Originally I was in a motorcycle accident and I had severe back pain. I ended up going to the emergency room and they sent me to an orthopedic doctor who told me that he couldn't find anything wrong with me and wanted to put me on muscle relaxers. I left there and did some research on back care and found Dr. Haberstroh. When I saw Dr. Haberstroh I asked him to do his own x-rays because I didn't trust the orthopedic, which he did. He showed me in the x-rays that there was something wrong with my back and neck and then proceeded to give me chiropractic care. As soon as he adjusted me I felt great and I could finally move my neck and walk without pain. From that point on I haven't stopped seeing Dr. Haberstroh. Since then I have been seeing him for regular care and when my neck and back flair up I see him more often. He's amazing, he's the best chiropractor there is, I've recommended people to him and they are always happy with his services.“
“I saw Dr. Haffenreffer because of arthritic knee pain. We talked about a cortisone injection, which I declined at that time. He gave me some exercises to do which definitely helped. His best advice, for me, was simple and straightforward: “the best thing you can do for arthritis is to keep moving.” He was spot on. I saw him recently due to an increase in pain and got the cortisone shot. Much relief, and I’m still doing my exercises. Nice guy, knowledgeable, made me laugh, and a professional yet personable demeanor.“

175 Richdale Ave, Cambridge“Ben Benjamin is one of the greatest teachers and authors in the entire field of massage therapy - world-wide. He is a pioneer who is still in the frontier. He has developed and taught methods for relieving pain and tension, for optimizing performance, as well as done some great work in helping therapists with communication skills both through their hands and the information they share with clients. Honestly, studying with Ben is going to one of the SOURCES of so much that is most vital in our field. I believe every therapist should take one or more courses with Ben Benjamin. Not only is he teaching great hands-on courses, but he has a variety of superb classes on-line as well. Check him out!“

He really cares to figure out what the issue is and works to know your body and activities to help diagnose where your issues are. He works muscles and looks at the full picture. He is also not pushy about trying to add services, sessions, etc like a lot of places I have been to. He is also super nice and the conversations during appointments are great.“

I've found scheduling to be pretty easy and Kyle Parrilla helps get rid of my knee pain when nothing else will. In addition he has helped brainstorm other ideas for how to continue to get to the bottom of what is causing my knee pain, which is above and beyond what I expected. Great, compassionate care.“
“Dr. Lauren is a magic maker! I ripped my hammy in Tae Kwon Do and then developed tennis-elbow a week later - I was just going to 'rub some dirt' on it and tough it out but a friend recommended visiting Dr. Lauren. I'm so glad I did as right after the first session, I felt 100% better and shortened my recovery time immensely. I didn't realize that babying a tennis elbow would make it take longer to heal and glad to learn the special exercises to work it out quickly. And she had my hammy ready for a Tae Kwon Do belt test in just 4 weeks! If you have any type of sports or or back issue, I highly recommend seeing Dr. Lauren!“
