Very prompt and friendly care. I felt heard and the PA took her time with her assessment. It didn't feel rushed at all. I left feeling like I got everything I needed taken care of with great symptom management advice.
Good experience here! Staff are friendly (love Joe!) and answer questions readily. Easy to get to but hard to park (park at Star market and use the crosswalk to come over instead). Didn't wait long and they had snacks and water for patients!
For what I assume will be a tough experience I’m glad I live near an urgent care that is helpful and easy to access. The doctors and staff were all helpful and friendly. I would recommend this place for others in need of urgent care.
