“Amazing! We hired Osorio Brothers to repave the driveway and then decided to have them redo the entire front hardscaping. They levelled our small front yard and built a stone wall in the front and continued it on the side of the house. They also redid the walkway, steps and put in a new fence. They responded quickly to our inquiry, scheduled the job fairly quickly and then worked long hours to get it done for us. Their pricing was excellent- we had several bids- and the work was fabulous. We chose one kind of stone but then took their advice about what would look best and were so glad! Our house was completely transformed. People in the neighborhood are constantly stopping to tell us how great the house looks.Arturo and Fausto and their entire crew are also such nice people! It was a pleasure working with them. They were so kind in terms of making scheduling changes because of our needs. Also, the latch on the fence wasn't working properly. We were very happy working with Terry and his team on the design process and installation. They helped us install new hardscaping which included a very long wall along the sidewalk, regraded the yard to create a more usable flat surface, and installed large perennials and trees as well as raised garden beds. They also helped us mitigate water flow. The results are beautiful!“

I had a fairly large project with a moderate budget. They came out, helped design a beautiful landscape and then completed it quickly, professionally and ON BUDGET! The men working on my property were polite, professional, courteous and a pleasure to work with. The owner came out on multiple occasions to monitor the progress and make sure we were happy. Any changes were discussed and agreed upon in advance. There were so unpleasant surprises. I have never received such amazing service before. This was not their biggest project, or the most profitable, but they made us feel like it was. Do not hesitate to hire this company for any job, large or small. Oswald came out to survey the project when agreed and gave the quote and a job date on the spot. He and his crew came to do the work on the agreed day and time.Oswald and his crew are friendly and hardworking. Communication was easy and the project was completed well and in a timely way.I would use JMC Landscaping again and plan to hire them for seasonal maintenance.“
“These guys took care of us routinely and for larger garden rehab jobs in our house. They also do a good job with commercial landscapes, less expensive and a better job than other local companies. They are very responsive. Our only gripe has been the gas powered leaf blowers, but these seem to be standard equipment for all the local vendors.“

“I just bought a house with a 1.5 acre plot and the sellers did not maintain the property leading up to the sale. The grass had not been cut and there was an incredible amount of leaves everywhere. I called Scott at Fairview Landscaping and he was able to fit me into his schedule. In a single morning he had the whole property looking amazing and was able to cart off all the leaves. He even took the time to walk the property with me and give me pointers on how to best take care of certain things and make the least amount of work for myself. Scott clearly knows and loves his work. My new neighbor even walked over and asked for his card, saying in 18 years of living next door the property had never looked this good.
