I have been going to the pain center for many years now. My Dr. (Narang) was promoted and I was given another. When I arrived on 4-11-23 for my injection, I was told that my new Dr. had moved on and I had not been given another Dr.. This was the first time the office was in shambles, staff looked like most of them just came in off the streets (a total mess). There had to be at least 20 staff and no patients sitting around talking. I have been very sick with 2 more operations and no one to speak with. No clue who was doing my injection and was unable to answer not even one of my questions. This was not an office in the hospital but SEEMED LIKE A CLINIC IN MEXICO!

Friendly, knowledge staff. Imaging and Lab well staffed, very short wait time. Outstanding, knowledgeable, and professional Medical Assistants and Doctors. Free valet parking added bonus.

9 men employed as parking attendants ALL standing in the parking area talking to each other AND 30 ( yes I counted) parking spaces blocked off with tall orange plastic cones. Why can't the visitors park for themselves? The cost of 9 employees ( contracted, union, or not), working or not, increase the cost of medical care for patients.
