JB Sash and Door

We've used JB Sash and Door twice for windows, and just put in an order for a new front door. Both times w the windows we had great customer service, a great representative, responsive, educated on the windows, and a really good communicator, a really good listener. We went through this same salesperson for our recent door order. We have spoken to other salespersons when our rep was not available & we had a question we needed a quick answer to, and have gotten the same knowledgeable & respectful responses.

Our experience with JB Sash and Door is just 100% positive.

I cannot recommend this company enough. Their sales associate was clear, efficient and not too pushy. The turn around time was very fast and communication from the admin was also very professional. On the day of the install the installer Jason arrived right on time and worked so hard on the hottest day of the year to get our project completed and looking amazing. He also left our place spotless. Will recommend this company to friends.

We are so pleased with our new windows. JB Sash and Door's salesperson was knowledgeable and thorough in his presentation. Our trip to view the showroom was informative and helpful. We were very happy with the workmanship of the installers and would highly recommend JB Sash and Door to any of our acquaintances.
