Have been using Chelsea Floors for years. Went in recently to find an exact replacement for a rubberized stair tread. Figured it would be a wild goose chase to find an exact match. Brad knew immediately the make and color of the tread and had it ordered within minutes. Perfect match. They are very friendly and knowledgeable, I couldn’t recommend them more.

very happy with Chelsea Floor Covering. From my first meeting with Paul at the store and from there his visit to my house was nothing but positive. he helped me pick out the perfect floor for my kitchen renovation and I'm very pleased with it and with the installation. it's a tiny kitchen, but Paul never made me feel like it was a small job, very attentive, very accommodating, the whole experience has been a pleasure. he is also a dog lover and I have a dog so that was very important to me in terms of safety xcetera. highly recommend!

We replaced terrible carpeting throughout our house (except for the bathroom and kitchen) and Chelsea Floor Covering was easy to work with from beginning to end! We got expert advice on choosing a new carpet. Installation was surprisingly quick (half a day for 1,000 square feet despite a significant pattern match), and scheduled to meet our needs: on a weekend and with a tight timeline before we had house guests. We originally weren't sure if we'd be able to clear all the furniture from our rooms, but when we were able to, Chelsea Floor let me know they would reduce the cost of the installation (since they'd factored in labor for furniture moving).
