Dropped in for a boot camp on a Saturday with my sister (who does not CrossFit) and was met with a full on CrossFit workout. I enjoyed the workout but it was not a boot camp and the coach was not the most welcoming. I'd go back but know the Saturday boot camp was just CrossFit for me.
Carter Park Fitness is a great place to workout and progress as a community. My wife and I signed up while visiting family back in Boston -and the gym is top notch. They have great equipment and free weights and most important they have great instructors and members. We were welcomed by Koki and right away we felt included as part of the team. Whether you’re starting or an avid cross fitter I would recommend this place 10/10. Can’t wait to go back to Boston and work out in this gym again!
