It is only the first year but they seem to always just try to upsell but I did not notice any improvement after this summer. I may try one more season. The aeration and overseed was a waste.

Met Doan. Very professional and caring. He did a marvelous job of providing an aeration and reseeding. Doan takes pride in providing a great service. Very detailed to assure a job well done. Although I was not home George was thorough in reporting what was done; what issues he noticed with the lawn and what weeds emerging. Additionally, added what not to do and why. First time I received such a detailed report. Appreciate it! Thx
