Very poor experience with Brian. Needed him for individual and estate taxes for my mother who passed. Brian assured me he was competent in this area and initially made me feel like I could trust him with this complicated service. No contact was made for 2 months when there was missing information needed to complete the process. When I expressed my frustration with not being contacted in regards to this, and instead the file sitting untouched for 2 months until I called to check in, Brian ended services with me.
