“My wife and I just moved into a brand new house and we NEEDED our couch cleaned. We have a three year old and, need I really say more ? Between the food, milk, snots and whatever else has made its way onto this thing, it was gross to say the least. I did a yelp search and came across Express Cleaning. I reached out and Alex was very responsive. I sent him a picture of the couch and he gave me a quote. He explained his process, what was needed, how long it would take etc. Throughout the week we we were in touch and he kept his word as to when he would arrive. When he did arrive he explained his process in a bit more detail. Told me it was going to take between two and three hours (in my mind it would have been 45 minutes tops). He was professional, courteous, polite and, respectful! He wore a mask and booties over his shoes without me even having to ask. He setup his own table, tarp (as to not get anything on the floors), had all his equipment and did his thing. Three hours later he was done. When it came time to pay him I was totally expecting the ol bait and switch. Not the case. He stuck to his word and I was (still am) in shock. For what he quoted he worked his tail off and it wasn't enough. I cannot recommend Alex enough. Definitely 5/5 would recommend. I'd leave him a 10/10 if possible. We collected a bunch of his cards and are recommending him to friends and family. Thank you Alex! You rock!!“

“Very pleased with the Mops service. Angela runs it very professionally, quick and easy communication (all via text which makes my life so much easier!). Pay by check only but the value is worth it - they are very thorough and go above and beyond (blinds, lamp covers, clean sheets on beds even though this it outside their scope!). They even add sweet thoughtful touches on Kleenex or folding the hand towels nicely. The cleaners are always friendly and respectful as we work from home so we're always sharing their space.
