I was very pleased with the level of professionalism and customer service i received at this place. I came in with a last minute emergency cause i had broken my glasses. They brought me in for an eye exam right away and helped me pick out proper frames. They were very helpful/educational explaining everything step by step along the way. Everything took about 30-45 min. They told me about 1-2 weeks for my glasses to come in. They called me back in 6 days to pick up my glasses. Very pleased and seamless. Highly recommend!

I don’t l give reviews often but for this place it’s the least I could do . I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for prescriptions glasses or even contact lenses . One of the best in the business.

Dr. Janna Mendenhall And her entire staff are unbelievable! My eyes were in rough shape today and my contacts in my eyes were well beyond their use date, but Dr. Mendenhall let me have another pair until my new annual pair came in. Gave me time for my eyes to take a break while doing my fitting and exam, and didn’t rush me the least bit. She is always friendly, respectful and attentive to my needs. The same can and should be said about her staff. They are always friendly, respectful and greet me with a smile. This business and service cannot be matched. Kudos to Dr. Janna Mendenhall, her entire staff and For Eyes in Drum Hill in Chelmsford. I won’t go anywhere else!
