Dr.Lovely is so compassionate, kind,and caring. She takes her time to explain everything, I don't feel rushed. Her personality is very calming and caring. Michelle and Kalee cat

Very nice, accommodating. People are super good with dog behavior (my great dane is a giant chicken, the tech knows to come over and sit next to us for a minute so Moose doesn't feel threatened.) Things are expensive, my reason for 4 stars. I don't even know if that's really their fault.

I had to take my little dog in for a checkup because she was coughing and hacking and coughing for almost 3 weeks with no let up .. I was full of fear thinking the worst thinking that she may have cancer. she's also a 15-year-old terrier mix. They explained everything to me step by step what they were going to do to her and made sure that I understood everything that they were doing and what they were talking about.After I spoke to the doctors my anxiety lessoned tremendously. I guess what I'm trying to say is they really care because they know that your pet is your life ..your family.. your best friend.. and it's hard to find veterinarians that have so much compassion...read full review
