I have been going to this facility since last year. My first couple visits were a non-member, but after that, I decided to just become member as I find myself having to deal with aching body often. If you plan or think you will be going often, I do recommend becoming member as the price is very affordable.
The facility is clean and calm. The staffs are professional and friendly. I have had my massage done with a couple of different staffs (Helena, Tania, Valerie, and Shelby). Love this place as always. Nice and calming. Lynda was so educated. She even helped pick a Dermologic brand sunscreen for me at check out for daily protection on my face. The dermologic sunscreen is incredibly smooth upon applying/ very minimal and non greasy at all. Feels like melted butter! I am very allergic to anything lavender. I have an alert on my acct and I always mention it during scheduling so the esthetician can prepare her supplies properly. Went here for the first time recently. After 25 years of utilizing just 3 masssge therapists, Chad (#4) at Body and Mind, races to the top. This gentleman is a real pro. GO HERE. It’s excellent.
