We are a local window treatment dealer specializing in the full line of Hunter Douglas products including shades, blinds, shutters and modernized window fashions. Our scope of products includes custom furniture, design assistance, linens and sheets, custom drapery, pillows and bed coverlets, reupholstered furniture, floor plans, color consults inspirations boards and artwork, lighting and project managing. Our first results are meeting the function of the space and secondly visually pleasing to clients and their families all within the discussed budget.

Lori Designs would receive a Zero rating if available. We ordered shutters from Lori in November 2021 and they still have not been installed nearly a year later. She lied about when she placed the order (which was not until 6 months after I signed the proposal and gave a 50% deposit), ordered the wrong size shutters and and has refused to complete her contracted work. She is dishonest and unprofessional. I would strongly encourage anyone considering her services to look elsewhere.
I hired Lori Designs for an interior design project. I met with Michele twice over 2 months. Since then, no one will respond to my calls, emails, or texts. Do not hire them unless you want them to run away with your money.
We had a whole house install 6 years ago of Hunter Douglas shades and blinds. We are unable to raise the 5 foot shade in our dining room and have been trying to get service from Lori. We aren’t getting any help from her after more than two weeks of asking for help. She is not responsive and we are very unhappy after paying her a hefty sum for her product. I don’t recommend this dealer at all! Good product and horrific service.
