“Harwichport Heating and cooling is the company I have used for quite a few years. This year my Rheem furnace from the late 70's decided the iigniter was not going to work Sure we need a new furnace but I'm a New Englander so the saying is "use it up or wear it out. " The igniter was very hard to find as apparently Rheem doesn't make it anymore and the part had to be sourced several times, but they found one. They didn't give up, they sent a skilled person to do the work and while making me aware I will soon need a new furnace, they didn't pressure me. I appreciate them and expect you will likewise be rewarded with satisfaction.“
