She was so kind and perceptive and the end result was actually to die for! The rescue was so good and it was just like the inspiration photo. I’m not a regular client, as I’m in Chatham for vacation, but they were able to fit me in in the morning and were so compassionate and had lots of attention to detail to get me to have gorg hair again!

We had time to review and tweak things before she moved on to the next step. I ended up with exactly the shade I wanted. We discussed how to maintain and what the next appointment would look like to touch up my roots.
