I happened to be in Chatham on a vacation with my husband and had a wedding the day we had to leave and was hoping to fix my hair into something that was a hair style. Jerry explained exactly what he could do to fix it and it came out amazing. His wife Debbie was incredibly understanding of my situation and I was thrilled with the results! I'm kind of amazed there are no other reviews on this site, since both the women getting their hair done also were long time clients and loved these guys! Maybe trying to keep it secret? She was so kind and perceptive and the end result was actually to die for! The rescue was so good and it was just like the inspiration photo. We had a color consult and agreed on an approach beforehand and I could tell she understood exactly what I wanted. During the appointment, she explained everything she was doing and why. We had time to review and tweak things before she moved on to the next step. I ended up with exactly the shade I wanted. We discussed how to maintain and what the next appointment would look like to touch up my roots. I am very impressed with her professionalism and attention to detail, not to mention the end result was exactly what I was hoping for.
