I've never thought about writing a review about a septic company or the people responsible behind the scenes of (everything poop🤭) but then I have never met anyone like JT and Tony or used Slims & Berthiume either. so here goes...what can I say? well let's start with such a friendly, courteous, welcoming, and let's not forget prompt company! I mean JT said he would be here and "poof" sure enough..here and here early with a friendly big smile, even though I knew he had many more and his day was full, He still managed to make me feel as though I was priority. I never even left the inside of my house JT and Tony handled everything for me. When I called and spoke to the girls with questions, they not only answered but explained so I could understand and make the right decision for me. I really feel compelled to go on and on about how super this whole company is and how they made me feel like their only customer, they put my mind at ease. It was just such a positive experience that I really feel the need to just share this with everyone! Thank you, JT, Tony and Slims & Berthiume remarkable company!
