“We had a garage fire that spread into our house and caused server soot damage, resulting in the house needing to be stripped down to the studs and subfloor. We were in a state of shock. My insurance company engaged SERVpro and they came out with Cory from Pinecrest Builders. Cory from Pinecrest explained how the whole process would work if we chose to use them for the reconstruction. They would work as a team with SERVpro (would handle the mitigation and cleanup) and Cory's team would handle the reconstruction. Needless to say, working with Pinecrest Builders was the best decision we ever made. The whole team was great. Everything went as smooth as possible and we were back in our house in record time.
